DENVER----Sept. 12, 2006--The Drive Group of Progressive Insurance Companies announced today that it is lowering auto insurance premiums in Colorado by an average of 5.2 percent for new and existing customers effective September 6 and October 16, respectively, and offering two new discounts to customers.
